Arena Shopping Coventry

Arena Shopping Park continues to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of its customers. We’re continuing to put in place measures to help you safely enjoy everything the shopping centre has to offer and to have a great time whilst visiting Arena. With great outdoor parking and a well ventilated shopping environment, Arena offers a safe and relaxing experience for visitors.

Latest Information

From Tuesday 30th November mask wearing is mandatory in all shops unless you are medically exempt. People are also respectfully asked to keep a distance from other shoppers where possible to help look after each other when visiting Arena Shopping Park. Please review the latest opening times for our stores and dining venues for more information.

Keeping Customers Safe

Some safety measures remain in place at the shopping centre to make the shopping experience as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone. By doing this we will be able to continue supporting the needs of our community. We would also ask that everyone is considerate to the centre’s staff, those working in the stores and to other shoppers when visiting us.

Social distancing

Where possible, we ask that people try to give each other space whilst shopping and dining at Arena Shopping Park and to show consideration for others.

Visiting Our Stores

Each store is able to determine its own policies and some may require mask wearing. Please get in touch with individual stores if you want to find out their policies in advance of your visit.

Hand Washing

It is encouraged to wash your hands regularly during your visit. This can be done within the centre’s Public Toilets or at a number of Hand Sanitising Stations which have been installed at regular intervals along the mall.

Outdoor Seating

All outdoor seating is now fully available.

Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning provisions remain in place, with additional deep cleaning of public areas, toilet facilities and touch points to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness throughout the centre.

Arena Shopping Park Staff

Our centre team will be on hand as always to help you during your visit and can advise on any queries you have. Management staff, security, cleaners and other public facing members of the team will continue to wear face masks (unless exempt) whilst working on site to maintain their safety and the safety of others.

Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning provisions have been put in place, with additional deep cleaning of public areas, toilet facilities and touch points to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness throughout the centre.

Arena Shopping Park Staff

Our centre team will be on hand as always to help you during your visit and can advise on any queries you have. Management staff, security, cleaners, and other public-facing members of the team will wear PPE including face masks and gloves whilst working on-site to maintain their safety and the safety of others. A full training programme has been implemented for staff, so they are able to carry out their work and continue to help the public, whilst maintaining social distancing. Please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member if you have any queries during your visit.

Car Parking

Arena Shopping Park continues to offer 5 hours of FREE onsite secure open air car parking available for 1,600 cars. If parked for over a 5 hour period then proof of a minimum of £50 purchases from Arena Shopping Park retailers will be required.

Bring Your Mask

From Tuesday 30th November it is mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting Arena’s stores unless you are medically exempt.  We’d also encourage people to wear their mask where possible in other area of the centre to continue to help look after others in our community.
